《雪梨珈啡室：7:00AM的邂逅》

去到悉尼，每一天早上七點起床，就心癢癢去喝一杯咖啡。澳洲的咖啡店各其特色，珈啡在澳洲是一種文化氛圍，大集團的都打不進其市場。

一杯咖啡五元至六元澳幣，折合港幣三十多元，且咖啡回甘、啡豆烘焙技術，甚至打泡順滑程度十分上乘，相對一些出名的百大咖啡店，我更喜歡到小店，或者外賣檔喝，有點像檔仔茶記味道。Cup & Co Cafe 裡，放在Chai Latte 面上肉桂真的一絕。還有誤打誤撞下，去了一間香港人開的cafe，叫Joe Black。問過他是2011年開始營業，他的Latte技巧沖得好紥實，啡豆回甘程度濃郁。

普遍悉尼咖啡店的質素都是上佳，很難找到一間不好喝的，就算是Katoomba 的車站咖啡，店長好親切問我熱朱古力要不要加棉花糖。而La Famiglia Cafe問我，拿回去是否立即喝，太熱不好喝，會跟你調暖一點，小店就是有這種氣氛。

當然那些牛角包、Muffin 糕點，味道都好吃非常。別忘了澳洲咖啡店一般是營業至下午三時，喝咖啡真的要趁早。

When I arrived in Sydney, I woke up at 7 a.m. every morning. I like to have a cup of coffee. Australian coffee shops have their own unique styles. Coffee is a cultural phenomenon in Australia, the large corporations can't even crack the market.

A cup costs five to six Australian dollars, which is thirty Hong Kong dollars around. The aftertaste, the roasted coffee beans, and even the smoothness of the foam are all excellent. Compared to some of the top 100 coffee shops, I prefer smaller shops or takeaway stalls. They have a bit of a street-style take away feel. The cinnamon Chai Latte at Cup & Co Cafe is truly exceptional. I also stumbled upon a Hong Kong-owned cafe called Joe Black. I asked him, he's been in business since 2011, and his cup latte was incredibly solid.

The coffee quality is generally excellent; it's hard to find a bad one in Australia. Even at Station Coffee in Katoomba, the manager was so kind and asked if I wanted marshmallows with my hot chocolate. La Famiglia Cafe asked if I wanted to drink it right away after take away. If it was too hot, they would warm it up a bit. That's the atmosphere of the cafe.

Of course, the croissants and muffins were delicious. Don't forget that Australian cafes are generally open until 3 p.m., so you really need to get your coffee early.
